CTS reps work very closely with us to implement the best ways to sell tickets and packages online, and they go above and beyond to provide solutions so that our customers have a smooth experience. Also, the live operators (and box office voice mail) that CTS provides to take orders save our staff hour’s everyday. And the great service is full-cycle – the sales reports CTS provides are simple and informative, and help us determine the fine points of structuring our show schedule and our season. The ticketing process was an incredibly smooth operation…CTS always acted expeditiously as soon as a change was made, incorporating changes into its website, creating new links for the MIFF website, informing CTS employees who answered phones of the change, and any other necessary action to put the new changes into play.
CTS continually went above and beyond the call of duty throughout the pre-festival preparation and during the festival. CTS’s turnaround time on ticket orders was always perfect. Moreover, CTS acted as a second and third set of eyes and ears to catch things that we did not always catch on our end.
